Absolutely loved. The food came fast and was absolutely fabulous again. Menu is not huge, but there should definitely be something for everyone. Best of all, beside the food was our waitress. She was extremely attentive that we had a handicap child w/us and she went beyond and beyond to show him kindness. The atmosphere was pretty, well lit, clean and people were perfectly removed. Twice I've been here. The first time I waited 45 minutes for my pre-order food that I had already waited 25 mins for and arrived at the scheduled pick up time. Large burgers fries together with a beautiful selection of other choices. Our server was pleasant and attentive while not being much. My wife prefers her big burgers while the snake burgers are more than enough for me. The salad pack is a great option.
Always a fan of Red Robin. They have a lot of good food for a very reasonable price. So many different styles of burgers it can be hard to chose just one as they are all so good. Very family friendly with ample seating space and a big bar area as well. Beer selection is plentiful as well.
Probably one of the more weird experiences I've ever had. Their menu contained only random items off the original website. They have absolutely no soups and only specific salads. I asked why and they said they simply don't order the ingredients. For example this was for the Southwest salad. They said they have no southwest salad ingredients and don't intend to have them. I also asked for a water to go with my order and I did not get one. Also I only ordered a side of sweet potato fries and they literally gave me 23 ketchup packets, I'm not exaggerating. I counted out 23. I don't mind that we'll be stocked up on ketchup for the next three presidential terms but that's pretty wasteful lol overall the process to order online wasn't terribly difficult
MANAGEMENT: I am disheartened to see such service during COVID. I have been a customer since just about this restaurant opened about 10 or so years ago. My family loves a good burger from you guys. The service I saw tonight was terrible. This should not be blamed on your staff, this is your fault. It doesn't look like your staff had enough training. In the service industry, hospitality always leads to better business success. Your staff needs to be put in a better position to show your intended good hospitality. (COVID is no excuse, no restaurant has lost quality to the degree yours has. Your restaurant’s hospitality is only as good as its employees. Invest in them please so this doesn't happen to other people. Specifically, -Tell your staff to be honest about the situation, specifically wait times. They have a tendency to underestimate wait times leading to miscommunication. -Teach them a chain of command, (e.g. if wait times get out of hand, call a manager to talk to customers and explain the situation -Have employees use the phone system to contact customers listed on online orders -Review your online order system (including order times, placing orders etc
