Cima Chop House - Wilbraham

Had a great experience here with my family. A little on the pricey side, but the quality and portion sizes more than justify it. Fantastic service. Wide selection between the drink and food menus. I'd recommend the surf and turf special when it's available!

We enjoyed our Christmas Eve diner! The dining room is lovely, the food was very good and the serve was excellent. It made a really nice Christmas Eve for us.

The restaurant is the perfect spot for a wonderful evening in Wilbraham before heading to the casino.

I attended a company party at this restaurant and I must say, the service was top-notch. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and even shared a few laughs with us. The atmosphere was decent, although a bit chilly until they lit the fire and there was some noise from outside. The appetizers we ordered arrived quickly and were hot and fresh. The Calamari was a standout, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, no rubbery texture here. We also tried the broccoli rabe with sausage and a cheese-stuffed risotto ball, both tasty but the calamari stole the show. For my main course, I had the surf and turf. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender, and seasoned well with a unique sauce. The green beans were cooked to perfection and the shrimp, although a bit tough, had a delicious stuffing. Dessert was a tiramisu that lacked the usual rich flavor but was decent overall. The drinks were good, especially the espresso martini. In conclusion, a positive experience that I would repeat, although if I were paying out of pocket, I would opt for just a steak or Italian dish instead of the surf and turf.

My wife and I love this spot. They do everything well service, quality of food, portion size, atmosphere. Highly recommend!
