I had an excellent lunch with huge portions that could easily feed a small family! I ordered the sink, egg, and chips, and everything was delicious. The beer was also very good, making it a fantastic value overall. When we arrived, we were cold, wet, and hungry, but after enjoying a hearty meal by the cozy log burner, we felt much better and were ready to finish the last leg of Hadrian's Walk. Thank you for a wonderf... View all feedback.
What William Edwards doesn't like about Highland Laddie Inn:
The restaurant is currently closed during what Google indicates are its operating hours. A notice on the door mentions that they are awaiting planning permission for remodeling, so this closure might last for some time. View all feedback.
Can't be blamed. great customer service. very friendly. Amazing eating, except when they are the heggis and black pudding starter ready for a strong whisky sauce!
A nice pub to find right up there in northern Cumbria near Port Carlisle. Friendly very helpful bar staff. Not much for veggies vegans but lovely bergers big fat non- greasy chips. Very good.
