The service was lacking, the food was subpar, and the staff's attitude was sarcastic. There were kids of the employees running around barefoot, the music was blasting, and no one was wearing masks. In my opinion, don't waste your time or money here.

We ordered cheese sti... read more I had a truly awful experience tonight! The food was cold, and half of our table had to wait for their orders even after some were served. We ordered cheese sticks, and they were so overcooked that there was no cheese left in them. The waitress was inattentive and seemed more interested in socializing with her friends than checking on our table or refilling our drinks. This was our second visit, and unfortunately, both times have been disappointing. I won't be returning!

While prices have increased, I think that’s acceptable since you still receive a good amount of food and the flavor is quite decent. That makes it competitive. However, the family vibe and kids hanging out were a real turn-off for us. It seemed like more attention was given to the kittens outside than to serving customers. The table we chose was not very clean, with cup rings and fingerprints on the surface, and there was a drink cup sitting in the window bay. Overall, the food was pretty good and the service was okay, but the family hangout atmosphere made us uncomfortable. We're not sure if we will return.
