There are usually seven cars waiting for their orders while you continue to take new ones. What's the point of having a timer if you're just going to celebrate it? Don’t expect quick service in the drive-thru, even if the line seems shorter, since many people are parked ahead of you waiting for their food.

This place definitely needs more staff or, at the very least, more reliable employees! It's absurd to wait this long for a hamburger. This used to be a great fast-food restaurant, but it no longer is!
