However, my Ruddles steak and ale pie... read more The bar staff were friendly and welcoming, clearly putting in a lot of effort. My friend's mixed grill looked appetizing. However, my Ruddles steak and ale pie was a bit disappointing; it should really be renamed Ruddles 99.9% pastry with just 0.1% steak—if you can even find any meat in it. On the bright side, I enjoyed the cask IPA. Overall, I would rate the service a solid 5.

Thanks Reb... read more The pub/restaurant was very nice. Staff very friendly and Rebekah showed us how to us the app to get a free pint of beer! Who doesn't like free beer? Thanks Rebekah Shows live footy and had good atmosphere. The hotel is an old premierinn and in need of repair. The cost was reasonable and the hotel had lots of free parking. Breakfast was good with full English and continental options available. Rooms: 3
