Tapioca - Feedback

Was Anonym at Tapioca a mag?
I really enjoy noodle bars, so I was thrilled to see Tapioca open in Wigan town centre. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and they had a great selection of fruit drinks and Bubble teas that offered a unique twist on traditional takeout options. I highly recommend Tapioca to anyone who loves noodles! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Tapioca:
Ordered from here times or so. Times last year close to when they opened, twice since. Never again, the quality has really dropped, the packaging is worse. This place is not good for food anymore. Massive shame. View all feedback.

This restaurant is a unique spot in Wigan town centre, offering Asian bubble tea and tapioca in a relaxed setting. The bubble teas are delicious and they have a great selection to choose from. The manager and staff are friendly, although a bit abrupt at times. However, there are some areas that could use improvement. The place can feel cramped and often gets crowded with young customers loitering around. The cleanliness could be better, as tables are not always cleared promptly or wiped down thoroughly. Additionally, they do not provide napkins, which was surprising to me. Overall, I hope they continue to make changes and upgrades to enhance the dining experience. It would be a shame to see them lose out to the competition.
Absolutely disgusting Rude staff Food was cold Small portions Disgusting thing in the side salad Chicken didn't even taste like chicken
I ordered from Just Eat and it was late. When the delivery driver arrived, they spent several minutes walking around the car park before finally finding the building, even though I had gone out in my pyjamas to try to help them. The food was terrible when it arrived - cold, soggy, and below standard. When I complained, they told me to return the food and then proceeded to call me multiple times, harassing me. The service was absolutely terrible and the staff were rude and lacking in common sense and manners. The food was just disgusting.
My first visit her was quite good and I thought that at last Wigan had got some where decent to eat South East Asian food. They have now hiked up their prices and I was served noodle dish from a hot locker which were unacceptable....Luke warm and stale. I sent them back immediately. Come om Tapioca. You had a good thing going for you but you are now following all the rest. Until you change I will not come back to eat at your establishment again.
If I could give this a 0 I would it was revolting! Heard good reviews so decided to try it the chicken didn't even have the texture of chicken in the katsu curry the prawn crackers were an off brown colour clearly showing old oil...that they had been cooked in which tasted disgusting and the portions were tiny
Tapioca in Wigan town centre offers a unique dining experience with delicious Asian bubble teas and noodles. The friendly staff, tasty smoothies, and hot bento boxes make it a favorite spot for many customers. However, recent reviews suggest a decline in food quality and service, with complaints about cold, late deliveries and subpar meals. While the atmosphere and drinks are still praised, improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and food consistency are needed to regain its former reputation as a top choice in Wigan. Tapioca has potential but must address these issues to keep customers coming back.
