Mcdonalds Restaurants - Wigan

Slowest drive thru going, over 30 minutes waiting in the queue to order. Think Deliveroo must get priority!

Waiting in line for 30 minuets for cold food. the queue is the slowest moving at any fast food restaurant that I have ever been to.

We were greeted by a pleasant member of staff, when we used the ordering machine. Our food came promptly. Decent mozzarella dippers, chicken nuggets and chips. Warm food. Overall a pleasant experience.

Ordered 3 meals from this mcdonalds. Possibly the worst in wigan. Firstly the happy meal ordered for my 4 year old did not come with ketchup. Why have the option to have ketchup if the restraunt doesnt send it. This is not the first time this has happened. Also the advertised camp cretaceous toy is still the animal top teump cards upset 4 year old as a result. Movingnon to the aduld meals. Half of the chips in the large fries were virtually raw and inedible and the ones that were cooked tasted like they had been sat for a while. This is possibly the worst mcdonalds in the area

They remain as useless as ever in 2021!! 3 meals ordered and no chips what so ever delivered.. but remembered the dips!! For what exactly!? Rang the store and apparently it's JustEat who have to deal with the back-lash of the brain-dead staff. The franchisee should be embarrassed of themselves!!
