I went for the tea as I was on a late shift I had to wait 20 minutes before I even got my food then the staff member was so rude to me and other customers and when the other customer when att staff and manager stood behind the counter call them and laughing absolutely disgusting and one staff member was left to make orders and packing food while all rest was having a chat
Freezing ! Seems like mcdonalds can't afford heating, it's the same at the Bolton town ctr one : put me off coming again, I'll eat elsewhere
The staff at this restaurant are disorganized and not helpful at all. Two different Uber drivers were assigned to deliver a fast food order, but the food arrived cold an hour later. When the restaurant was contacted, they were unhelpful and arrogant, with an attitude of not caring about the issue. There was no way to complain to Uber, as McDonald's claimed the food was fresh when picked up by the driver, which was clearly not true. It was obvious there would be a problem when drivers were being reassigned. Unfortunately, there was no way to cancel the order through the app or by contacting the store or Uber. This whole operation was a disaster and it seems McDonald's now has a clown in their customer service department instead of as a mascot.
Can’t beat bacon McMuffin and a hash brown for brekky. Rainy day so glad of the shelter. Staff a bit indifferent but restaurant was clean and tidy. Dog didn’t like being left outside in the rain !
I can't understand why deliveries for take out companies like Uber eats, deliveroo etc. are given priority over customers stood in the restaurant. So far we have been waiting 25 minutes for 2 breakfast muffins. The disregard for restaurant customers is disgusting.
