Mama Mia - Wigan

Ordered..but very disappointed with product... feels like quality has gone down hill ....not as good as before

I am disgusted by the price increase, especially since the portions have decreased. I am offended by the fact that the staff speak in their native language and laugh, seemingly directed at a customer. They don't even bother to put your selected meat into the pita; you have to do that yourself when you get home. I used to enjoy this place, but after today, there is no way I will be returning.

Waited for an hour was told 45 mins. Rang them oh it left 5 minutes ago. 45 minutes later nobody would answer the phone, it turned up freezing cold 2 hrs 5 mins from ordering.

This restaurant used to be a fantastic spot to grab a freshly cooked chicken or lamb kebab. However, lately the quality of the meat has deteriorated significantly, often being tough and almost inedible. On the bright side, the salad has always been fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant's hygiene rating has dropped to a 1, so I won't be returning until it improves to a 3 or higher. It's disappointing, but not entirely unexpected.

Nothing fancy , brilliant food , I had pizza and kebab it's best food , recommend people who is passing by.
