I ordered two popcorn meals, two corn on the cob, and one chicken fillet burger. The meals only came with one drink, so I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Jeremy, who was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. He refused to do anything about it and even hung up on me. I am disappointed with the customer service I received and plan to report this to the KFC home office. I also request a refund for the missing drink as soon as possible.
Ordered one order via just eat. Recieved/charged for 3 orders. Phoned kfc nothing they can do. Employee on phone wouldn't give name. Asked for manager's name refused to give. Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely horrible chicken and fries; it seems like they are using a new, extremely cheap oil.
I like the windows, they're cool, but the sandstorm prime special is good, chips tasted like chips and chicken tasted like chips
Queued for 45min don’t know why I suppose it’s the same reason I still give it a try and it’s the only 1 local. The chicken was so overdone it was almost burnt the popcorn chicken I got 10 tiny pieces not served on a box but a tiny bag like you would get 10 1p sweets in I couldn’t believe it what a joke. Why can’t KFC keep up to there reputation like they do in America and Canada our uk KFCs are a joke.
