I went to Costa with my family on Monday, February 19th. The shop was very busy, but despite that, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Nicola, the lady on the coffee machine, made the best flat white I've had in a long time. All the staff were polite and I will definitely be returning. View all feedback.
What 429pepper doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
The coffee was mediocre, as I couldn't taste the caramel in my latte and it was quite bitter. The cashier with black hair was very rude and unprofessional. When I inquired about whether my iced latte contained oat milk, as I am vegan and always double-check, she responded argumentatively, stating that I did not request oat milk with an attitude. Typical Costa in Wigan. The staff are sullen, the tables are very rarely cleared, meaning customers have to do it themselves and the toilets are an absolute disgrace. The only saving feature is the coffee
Nice place to get a variety of hot or cold drinks from for dine in or take away.
Great staff, especially Emma, always has a smile on her face and they also serve great coffee
Disappointed as the breakfast deals tea and toast have now been stopped due to new year and that Costa are introducing new drinks !so for myself and a friend itl now cost 10 40 instead of 8 50 ..getting way too expensive
We regularly visit the Ashton Costa as it's a handy spot to do a bit of shopping and pick up the children from school. The staff are really friendly and are really polite. My boys often go there after school and the staff are great with them.
