The food was lukewarm and lacked spic... read more The food was delivered on time by friendly delivery staff, but I was disappointed by the minimal spend requirement of £15. The food was lukewarm and lacked spices. It was not like traditional Indian food, and tasted worse than sauces from a can of cheap vegetable soup or boiled pulses with too much sugar and no salt, pepper, or spices. I can personally cook better Indian food myself, having learned from Mrs. Rubani nearly 40 years ago. This was the worst Indian food I have ever had from a takeout restaurant, and I will not be ordering from them again. Can you please send me your batter recipe for your onion bhajis?

Disgraceful service , ordered meals for delivery at 18.15pm told 1 hour for delivery , rang after 1 hour 10 mins later only to be told half hour longer to wait,... read more Disgraceful service , ordered meals for delivery at 18.15pm told 1 hour for delivery , rang after 1 hour 10 mins later only to be told half hour longer to wait, after further 30 mins no delivery informed they hadn’t even started to make our meals due to being busy. This place was recommended to us by friends , can say we will never find out if the food is as nice as they say it was! If you want to keep being “busy” try delivering on your promises.

I placed the order for delivery at 20.15, it got to 21.40 and still no food, at 21.45 I called the restaurant, I asked when the delivery was coming, he asked fo... read more I placed the order for delivery at 20.15, it got to 21.40 and still no food, at 21.45 I called the restaurant, I asked when the delivery was coming, he asked for my address and said it would be another 25 mins, the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude, I ordered the food on just eat, I said I have already waited for an hour and a half so I will just leave it (as they clearly hadn 't even started to cook it yet)......his response was you will have to go on just eat and cancel it then the service I received was disgusting, if he had said sorry for the delay it will be with you soon that would be another matter but his attitude was awful, when I refused to go on just eat and cancel the order he put the phone down on me, APALLING service and I will NEVER return, I will be sticking with the India lounge in future, they are superb!!!!
