The rooms are comfortable and clean, making the stay pleasant and relaxing. Despite the excellent service, I did encounter a small inconvenience, an easily avoidable mistake. However, the staff quickly resolved the situation with great professionalism. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Rieder for its warm welcome and great location.

We ha... read more Certainly good for Nürburgring visitors and for Dutch people who want to go on motorcycle tours through the Eifel. The rooms are a bit old... But clean... We had half board. The evening meal, a 3-course menu plus a greeting from the kitchen, was good and plentiful. Now let's get to breakfast: scrambled eggs were very tasty. The rolls were flabby and rubbery, on the first morning I was able to get hold of a croissant.... The next two were no longer available.... And we weren't among the last. If I as a hotel know how many guests are coming for breakfast, then I have at least that many croissants there, otherwise I won't offer any.
