Burger King - Wiesbaden

This rare and differentiated lender of the fast American kitchen surpassed my expectations by far. the service was impeccable and eating delicious until the last bite.

Small clean Burger King, food was hot and drinks normal, toilets clean, finally an alternative to Mc Donalds. Sitting outside:

The restaurant was not as clean as we would like, the windows were filthy on the inside and the out, tables were not cleaned and the return racks full of dirty trays! We ordered a strawberry and a vanilla milkshake, but received two vanilla milkshakes, the staff who clearly think that their customers are stupid then tried to argue that one was in fact strawberry, when that didn 't work, the staff then added some strawberry type powder to it, which didn 't help either? Some of the customers also decided to pull 3 or 4 tables together, but without lifting them making a hell of a noise disturbing everyone around them, but with no reaction from the staff despite a commotion and loud protests from other customers? The food was ok except for the Strawberry Milkshake that wasn 't, otherwise they would have got no stars at all. We won 't be returning to eat here and can 't recommend this Wiesbaden BK restaurant as the staff clearly have no interest in customer service, and we say this having used many BK outlets over the years, but this one must be one of the worst!
