Good selection of food and quality very good. Staff very helpful and even chef took time to describe the deserts. Nice opportunity to try Austrian red wine.
The food was good but choice was limited. There was only one beer to chose from. While the waiter was pleasant, the time waiting for the meal was long to the point of being unacceptable.
After reading checks to book, line dead, phoned sister fish restaurant to advise steak restaurant had closed but fish restauarant still going strong so we were booked we were glad to see reviews.
We came to lunch, a party of four. a few minutes after we sat, the waiter came and he was really in a hurry. did not speak any word of English, and there was no trace of translation on the menu (so, comprehensible, we. wanted to take some time to understand what was offered and decide what to get). eating was quite nice overall. the only vegetarian option (but what you can expect from the Austrian cuisine was nothing special and quite heavy, but everyone was happy with the meat, which is why I give him a 2 instead of one. the bill was also quite expensive for what we actually ate, but that is understandable in view of the situation. it would be a great place to go and eat when the service thought more about their customers.
