When I pointed this out to the waitress, she actually wanted to let me know that this can happen in Austria. Sorry, I've...been living in Vienna for over years and I also know that one drips off a Schnitzel before it reaches the plate. At my insistence the waitress patronizingly brought half a portion new and charged for the whole schnitzel. Sorry this is not a service, but a VERARSCHUNG! I recommend you to avoid the restaurant if you want a good schnitzel. There are many other restaurants nearby, like Plachutta and Eckel. Apparently so many tourist buses come to the Figls that the operators believe they can sedate Asian guests with the lame excuse: "In Austria Schnitzel is served in a puddle of oil
