What User doesn't like about Felzl:
4th May at 0825. I asked for an extra hot latte, knowing my last coffee from here was warm. I was served a 'extra hot' latte and upon starting to drink it, it was again warm. I asked for it to be made hotter and was told 'NO'. The bauernlaib is excellent and cost-effective. service friendly and also the others looked at attraction.
I am very satisfied with the quality of the circumvention of the employees to the customers. the employees working there speak very well German and English and can change very well from English to German and vice versa. that is also good, because sometimes some bakeries do not have a personal one that speaks English, and it is not possible to buy tourist. Anyway, my wife and I are very happy with their products.
Strudel won't be better. Other baked goods are also very good. Service is friendly and helpful in English.
Excellent choice for bread, sandwiches and pastries. We were mainly part of the various cheese and strudel. Friendly service.
First, i don 't get why this backery is reviewed as restaurant. Living close by, visited couple of times thinking that low profile no big chain backery brings more on the table. Well, it doesn 't. Bit pricy, some tarts are really good, but in general , average good Viennese bakery!
