I've been to Dick Mack's around 5 or 6 times. It's well located, there is always a varied and young crowd (usually students due to it's low prices) and it has everything you would expect out of an Irish pub - A nice woody style, simple furniture and Guinness beer.Great choice to visit with a couple friends and fill the table with empty glasses (you might need to put in a reservation though!). What User doesn't like about Dick Mack's:
We called in to Dick Mack's for a late afternoon drink on a scorching hot day! Unfortunately the pub is dark with sticky tables and floors and rude staff! The trip downstairs to the toilets was like descending into the bowels of hell! (See photos). This is probably the worst Irish bar we have ever visited! Super Preise für die Lage , Selbstbedienung eventuell deswegen entsteht eine Schlange bei der bar und man muss geduldig sein um etwas bestellen zu können.
Die Preise und Stimmung haben perfekt gepasst, hat nur eine Weile gedauert, Getränke zu bekommen, aber das liegt eher am allgemeinen Personalmangel als am Lokal selber. Die Kellner waren sehr bemüht und freundlich.
Cooler pub mit guten Preis. Zum vorsaufen oder günstig saufen perfekt. Für mehr reicht's es aber nicht.
Sehr schönes Interieur. Genau wie man sich einen Irish Pub vorstellt. Das Bier für 2,80€ geht auch super runter. Klare Empfehlung.
I gave this place 4 instead of 5 stars because it's a dive bar. Not everyone loves dive bars, but I enjoy them. As I get further in to my 30s I like them...
