After ordering, took 1.5 hrs for fo... read more This experience was so bad it’s hard to encapsulate. First, took 45 min for someone to bring water, another 15 min for beer. After ordering, took 1.5 hrs for food to come. 7 of 16 orders were wrong. 3 were undercooked (schnitzel, fish and chips) to the point they were pink and in one case bleeding on inside. During this ordeal we were continually told “just 5 more min” even after telling them there were people who medically needed to eat (diabetes). One person never got their food, even after several reminders. If I could give this place zero or negative e stars I would. And before you rationalize, “maybe they were busy”, this was on a Tuesday night starting at 6:30. It’s now 9:45 and 3 people still don’t have their food. Absolutely abysmal. Do yourself a favor; avoid like the plaque.
