Whenever I'm in widnes I always come here for a small fish and chips. Now the food is delicious and cooked just right, but every so often I keep saying to myself ill try something else for a change and never do and my conclusion is if somethings not broke then why fix it, so keep up the great work folks and thanks for your excellent service. If I could give less than one I would. Sat down outside and went in to ask for some salt. The gentleman who addressed me from behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. Never have I experiences such bad customer service. The gentleman was swearing at me, and when I left he was gesturing inappropriate hand signals in order for me to move seats. This frightened me. My most favourite place to eat. Food always piping hot. Staff are such lovely girls, nothings too much trouble for them. Usually go with my partner or daughters,grandchildren. However i even went for lunch on my own recently while xmas shopping. Ive never done that ever before but its such a friendly place i thought why not. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
