When it came time for dessert, we decided to share a plate and requested two extra side plates and a knife. We waited patiently, but when the plates didn’t arrive, we called the waiter over to remind him. He told us he would take the platter back, divide the food, and return with the additional plates. Unfortunately, he returned with the same abandoned food but without the plates, so we ended up giving up on our request.
The restaurant was closed when we arrived, and there was no prior notification about it. We were quite frustrated, especially considering our reservation from the previous evening had been canceled on the same day, despite receiving two confirmation emails beforehand. The second evening was particularly disappointing because we received no communication whatsoever.
