I ordered online so the food would be ready when we arrived, but it wasn't prepared on time. When we finally got it, the order was incorrect and had to be remade, but it was still wrong when we got home. The fries were cold and soggy. Additionally, it seemed like there was a management meeting happening in the lobby, but none of the managers stepped in to assist the overwhelmed kitchen staff, who clearly needed help. I usually love Spangles and this location, but today was a really poor experience. I hope they can improve their management!

The manager... read more I've been going to this spangles for a while now and I'm pretty happy with their service and quality of food. The workers are nice and professional. The managers seem strict and up hold good customer service expectation. I over heard one employee getting scolded for being on their phone while working and it just shows to me that they actually care about the quality of their work standards. My food is never cold. Never sloppy and always good.

Went to order and after ordering was told ice cream machine was being... read more Arrived at 8, 2 hours before close to eat in. Lobby was open but seating was blocked off. Went to order and after ordering was told ice cream machine was being cleaned so we would need to wait for it to freeze then they would bring it out. 35 mins later I had to request the fulfillment again. Ordered a salad, after taking payment they discovered they had no salad. They asked if I payed cash so they could refund before offering me anything equivalent off the menu. I had not so they offered to make a protein version of the sandwich, but did not refund the difference in price when even the largest sandwich is still cheaper than any salad on the listIt was clear cleaning up for close took priority as teas had been removed as we ordered.
