What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Worst experience at any restaurant EVER. This was the “good” Taco Bell until tonight. Our order was placed at 9:32. There were two other people ahead of us. 10:00, food STILL isn’t ready. Finally, it comes out, wrong of course but I didn’t say anything. Not worth it. Then as my fiancé goes to grab a refill, I noticed him vomiting into the trash can and I assumed he had eaten too much. But my server ended up bringing me the taco anyway, and I just want to express my gratitude. It almost brought me to tears. The dining room was fast, warm, and clean. Thank you again!

I visited the other location on Kemp, and they had a list of about 12 things they were out of. I run a restaurant myself, so I know how frustrating that can be! As a result, I decided to check out the place on Southwest Parkway, and I was pleased to find that they had everything in stock. I had a bit of a wait because they were busy, but the food was great, the staff was friendly, and overall, I was very happy with my experience. From now on, I'll be driving the extra miles to this location!

The drive-thru service was friendly, and the food was fresh. The steak power bowl was delicious. This is definitely one of the better Taco Bells!

5 layers burrito was okay. I like crispy things better.

So, I'm a local Pastor here in Wichita falls. We had a student event and I walked in with a pretty large order. The management and staff did a phenomenal job helping me in getting this done as quickly as possible.
