When me and the bf called there, we were told a dress casual was required, we followed that yes. We still liked the food (i noticed i did the review backwords. But this was after the fact we came dressed we was upset about. But since you say different (since your owner this will mean something to us when visiting again. The reviews I read ahead of going to Salt Pepper were mixed and left me skeptical of what to expect. I was not disappointed with the selection. I ordered the Filet Mignon (Medium Well) paired with a Merlot, with the rice pilaf and carrots. The Filet was tender, juicy, seasoned perfectly, and probably the best piece of meat I've had in WF. I lucked out and got the last piece that night, and it was only 6:30. The reviews on running out of items were right, but for Filet cooked that good, I can see why it may be popular. The rice pilaf was good, and the carrots were great. The atmosphere met with an elegent fine dining experience providing a harp player and also piano for soft music. Staff was inviting, professional, and polite the entire interaction at the restaurant. All in all, it was a great experience at least once. Price wise, I personally wouldn't do it more than a few times (special times) a year. But I do definitely recommend it.

We went here for my husband’s 50th birthday! Michael was our server. He was great! My husband ordered the special pork tenderloin. He liked it better than my ribeye. Both were very good. The pianist was very talented and played a variety of songs.
Tonight my husband and I ate the most wonderful dinner at Salt Pepper in Wichita Falls. Michael was our server and he was terrific. My husband ate their weekend special surf turf. It was Grilled beef tenderloin and Corvina sea bass w/ pesto Alfredo mushroom pasta. Freshly grated Grana Padano cheese on top. The steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork. It was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass and it just melted in my mouth. We could not have asked for a more perfect evening. The ambiance is beautiful as well from the wallpaper to the chandeliers to the pianist playing beautifully. We will be back!!!
Michael was amazing in all the areas of this evening. It was a beautiful experience.
