The pimento cheese, bologna, and potato salad are outstanding. It's absolutely worth the trip from Oklahoma to savor these dishes! I haven't sampled anything else, but I'm sure everything else is equally delicious.
I'm absolutely raving about the potato salad and chopped ham! You also have to try the BBQ sauce with gravy—it's a must. Be sure to stop by and see Alan; he’ll make sure you have a wonderful experience!

One of the oldest best in WF. Just 3 blocks from my grandma's house.
A true Texas BBQ experience. Meets all the requirements: 1. Located in a run down part of town. 2. Building looks dilapidated. 3. Inside looks like an old grocery store. 4. Meat sold by weight. 5. Proprietor is authentic Texan: Friendly with a trace of ornery. 6. Brisket is tender and well smoked, could be enjoyed without sauce.
