The issue with the work or the progress on tasks assigned to another employee is a significant concern. The insurance company did not acknowledge the breach of labor obligations. Nonetheless, we must address this situation regardless. The team deserves a salary increase or a promotion. The eating was great and the dame that took our order was super sweet. its 22nd juli and we put warm records in wichota in case and this place hadn't had ac. fatfalle melting like canal gas since March. they have to rebuild this place.
Terrible customer service. Sign on door says closes at 10. We entered before 8:30, placed our order and someone from the kitchen yelled out do they know we have to cook to order, so they will have to wait! We let them know that was fine. Evidently it wasn 't fine for the person in charge because she stomped around cleaning and grumbling. The condiments had already been taken up, so they had to bring little packets to us, it seemed to peeve her that we asked for tartar sauce at a fried fish restaurant. I think if we 'd gone through the drive up window, everything would have been ok, because she was sweet as candy to those ordering outside, but since we came in and she was cleaning up to close, it wasn 't ok. Our order was wrong, we ordered a #11 and was given a #12. We did not say a word, didnt want to be responsible for her busting gut. Long story short, not going back, have been there many times throughout the years on our travels through Wichita Falls. We have never felt so unwanted as customers anywhere, so that 's the last time we will be a bother to the people at this LJS!
The air conditioning was broken. It was 115 outside. They had two fans in the dining room. None pointing at guest just the front counter. The cashier was to busy with her phone. Acted as if we where a burden for her to take our order. Finding a somewhat clean table was a whole new job. After cleaning a table myself we sat and waited for our food. Finally get our food just to have to fight the hundreds of flies to eat it. Ended up getting food poisoning. We was on our way to my son's heart surgery. Which made the wait for the news he made it even worse. This place should be closed to all living things!
I came and ordered food for my family in a dark unlit driveway, unlit menu and the noise was so bad that the employee couldn't hear me and had me drive up to the window to order. After receiving my order it was incorrect. I asked for the 8 peice chicken family meal with fries for both sides. I also asked for lots of tarter sauce and only got 6 packets. Not real pleased! Also when I said something to the employee about the menu being dark, she said yeah they just need to close this place down. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location again....
Bad experience, no air conditioning out order. Only one fryer was working. No place for workers to be working in too hot to be working in there. Services was great. Poor building conditions. Need to either reppair the building or close it down. Costumers were hot and sweating so bad. Had to wait along time for orders to come out.
