My son, who has a disability, and I went to Golden Chick for lunch today. Golden Chick is the only fast food restaurant that offers oven-roasted chicken, and it is delicious! We had both fried and oven-roasted chicken for lunch, and my son even ordered the jalapeno poppers. The person who took our orders was very polite and had excellent customer service skills. What User doesn't like about Golden Chick:
There should be a rating of 0 stars for this restaurant. The employees were rude and unhelpful. When I asked for pepper, I was told they were out. I then inquired about the family meal with 15 pieces and a 4-piece meal, specifying that I only wanted hush puppies and no sides. Unfortunately, they were also out of hush puppies. Great customer service. Food was fast and fresh. They were mopping. Kept the store clean would highly recommend. Senaida was wonderful
I hadn’t been here in over 20 years as I live out of state. I used to come to this location (when it was Golden Fried Chicken) all the time as a teenager. I couldn’t wait to try it again and I wasn’t disappointed . Everything that I loved about this place in the past was still here . The fresh tenders, gravy and rolls were just like I remembered. This place is highly recommended

Ice cream machine does not work here. But food was as we expected it to be, which is good. Thank you.
Employees were great! Food was great! Restaurant needs some work. Boxes in the dining room and a broken egg prize machine.
