Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store In Jopl

Truly the slowest drive thru in Webb City/ Joplin. It should not take me literally (I timed it) 16 minutes to get through a drive thru with a reasonable amount of cars in it.

I had 3 cars in front of me at the drive thru and 2 cars waiting to pay and get there food and it took 15 mins just to order. Then I finally got to the 1st window waited 3 mins to pay and no one was there so I thought I had to go to the second window to pay which took 15 mins to get to it and then I found out I was suppose to pay at the second window. I have a 30 minute lunch and I got a point at my work for being late back and I didn't even get to eat. My work is right down the road from Braum's. It shouldn't take 30 mins with at least 5 cars in front of me to order, pay, and get my food. I know this because I worked at Braum's for 3 years before and it was the drive thru.. Sorry I would rate the food but I have no idea how it was cause I never got to eat.

They seem to be short staffed alot. The lobby needs to be cleaned as well as the prep areas.

Other businesses take note, this is how you do fast food and ice cream, McDonald’s.

This is one of the better places to get a good burger around here. Reasonably priced as well. Wait is a bit longer than fast food but worth it! Excellent ice cream too.
