Zen's Tea House - Whittier

Zen's tea is great for tea lovers (even for coffee lovers! . They have so many herbal teas, and you can also custom blend a drink. Customer service is top-notch. It's a place that you need to visit in Uptown Whittier!

I lost 10lbs drinking oolong and holy detox tea. The golden milk is my new obsession. My family loved the shops atmosphere and location.

I personally have not visited Zens Tea House, however I purchased a bag of Organic Matcha Green Tea from a farmers market. My daughter and I made Iced Matcha Lattes at home. So delicious! Hopefully I'll see them again so I can purchase a bigger bag. Thank you!!

Upon walking in, you are instantly greeted with a sense of serenity and homeliness. Their selections of loose leaf tea is vast, and they allow you to mix teas if you want to try something new (I mixed rose tea with oolong it was absolutely delicious! Regina was so knowledgeable and kind to explain to me some of the benefits of the herbal teas, and helped me pick out small batch loose leaf teas for me to take home for me and my husband (a tea to help me with my allergies and a tea that my cigar aficionado husband could pair with his cigars! with a rose-oolong tea latte, two loose leaf bags, it came out to $25, which is an AMAZING deal! I will definitely be coming back!Note: it is tucked between the Berlin Hair Salon and the SuperMex! Also parking can be found in the rear!Parking: 2 hour parking located in the front, 3hr parking lot located in the back.Kid-friendliness: Comfy couches, baby changing area in the bathroom.Wheelchair accessibility: Open spaces to maneuver around.

Great tea spot for fresh cup of loose leaf tea, hot or iced! Staff are friendly and make good recommendations. Sit down and enjoy or get a pouch of tea for home. Teas make a great gift!
