Subway - Whittier

The attention I received from a young lady was excellent very kind and patient even though there were a lot of people, she was always smiling. The food was delicious and the prices were good although a little expensive.

My husband and I came in for some sandwiches and a soup. The person making our sandwiches mixed up our breads and put my husbands meat on my bread and my meat on his bread, we politely told the person. As she throws away the sandwiches to make news one, the other person working told her to just switch the meat! Onto new breads! So the original person who was helping us TOOK OUT THE SANDWICHES FROM THE TRASH!!! And was going to just use the same meat onto new bread! My husband saw this and we immediately changed our minds. We are never coming back to this subway! I am absolutely disgusted that someone would do that! Don't go to this subway!

Worst experience at a subway I have ever had. I placed an order online where you can pick and choose what you put on your sandwiches. We picked up the sandwiches got home to realize they were wrong. I called the store to inform them the sandwiches were made incorrectly and I got Melody who was extremely rude. She apparently made them herself and got defensive with me when I pointed out they were done wrong. I got a bring them in and we 'll see if we can remake them What?! The least you could do is try to fix the error on your part. I asked for my money back and she said she had to call her boss and I needed to make sure I had my receipt blah blah blah. I get back to the restaurant and she is on the phone with her boss who decided it is OK to refund my sandwiches. I 'm like cool can I have a receipt or something that I 'll say the refund was processed. Nope ! I just have to take Melody 's word that she was talking to her boss and the refund will somehow be processed by someone. Do better and have a better attitude with your customers. If you mess up, own up to it and try to make it right don 't get defensive and be rude to people. This is part of your job, what you get paid to do. If you don 't like it, get out of the customer service job industry.Update: It 's been 6 days since this happen and I have yet to get my money back.

Terrible/rude service! There 's always someone new. No wonder staff doesn 't last. The food doesn 't look fresh. There 's always something that doesn 't work or they 're out.They close at 10pm but the lobby closes at 8pm. WTH...just because the employees clean before and don 't want to stay past 10. And on top of it, there 's no bathroom.
