The two brothers behind the counter... read more I used to love this place when my kids were younger. The food was the same, but the customer service made a huge difference. The two brothers behind the counter were always in a good mood, cracking jokes and smiling. They remembered our names and even what we ordered last time. It felt like the owners themselves were serving us, making it less like a chain restaurant. We used to visit every Tuesday after school to eat, do some homework, and then head to the movies. We returned today after a couple of years due to Covid, and the place has been remodeled. They painted the walls, added new signs, and brought in more tables and chairs. However, the staff seemed average, and the food could be fresher. Although they can seat 24 people, they converted the only bathroom into an employee-only one. Can you believe that? I chose this Subway specifically because it had a bathroom. How can 24 people comfortably eat there without a restroom? This place has become more like a street vendor with a roof and air conditioning. If you want to call yourself a restaurant, at the very least you should provide a bathroom. Otherwise, you might as well operate as a lunch truck!

I recommend checking your order before leaving, as it seems the menu items weren't prepared as expected.

However, the manager, Ardette Ayetti (not sure about the spelling), could really benefit from additional customer service training, as she seems to lack it entirely. If it weren't for the hardworking Michelle, I wouldn't choose to visit this location. It's quite disappointing.
