I was very disappointed with my experience at Subway. I ordered the cheddar broccoli soup and didn't receive any crackers or extras, and I was only given half a cup for each order. I recommend checking your order before leaving, as it seems the menu items weren't prepared as expected.
I used to love coming here when my kids were younger. The food was consistent, but the customer service really stood out. The two brothers working behind the counter were always cheerful, sharing jokes and smiling. They remembered our names and even our usual orders. It felt personal, almost like the owners themselves were serving us, making it feel less like a typical chain. We would come every Tuesday after school to eat, do homework, and then go to the movies. We came back today after a couple of years, partly due to Covid, and the place has been remodeled. The walls were freshly painted, new signs were up, and more tables and chairs were added. However, the staff seemed just average, and the food wasn’t as fresh as before. Although they can seat 24 people, they turned the only bathroom into an employee-only restroom. Can you believe that? I chose this Subway specifically because it had a bathroom. How can 24 customers eat comfortably without access to a restroom? This spot feels more like a street vendor with a roof and air conditioning now. If you want to call yourself a restaurant, the very least you should offer is a bathroom. Otherwise, you might as well be a food truck!
The sandwiches are flavorful when made with fresh ingredients. However, the manager, Ardette Ayetti (spelling uncertain), appears to lack customer service skills and would greatly benefit from further training. Without the efforts of the dedicated Michelle, I likely wouldn’t return to this location. Overall, it’s a disappointing experience.
