Silver Palace Chinese - Whittier

Silver Palace has been a go to Chinese restaurant for me for over 30 years!! Its not a fast food restaurant more of an upscale family owned restaurant. Upon reading some reviews I had an urge to share my experience . I will tell you I?ve never once havehad a bad rating dish nor have I ever experienced day old dishes!! I?ve come with friends and family and always have had thesame consistency from the welcoming host, waiter, chef, owners, food, menu has been the same and always see the owner. Him andhis wife have always been kind. There prices are fare, food portions are big enough to feed two to three people. I?ve had justabout all the dishes. My most favorite dish is the sweet and sour shrimp and the vegetable chow main. It?s a must tryrestaurant. It?s family friendly I think you?ll like it ???? they also deliver which is always convenient. Go check it out!! Iam in total disagreement with the bad reviews never once had a problem or nor was I eve dissatisfied with any thing. I wishthose bad reviews were taken off!

I came with friends and family and always had the same consistency from the hospitable host, waiter, cook, owner, food, menu was the same and always see the owner. He and his wife were always kind. There are prices, food portions are large enough to feed two to three people. I just had all the dishes. My favorite dish is the sweet and acidic shrimp and the vegetable know-how main. It has to taste a restaurant. This is family-friendly, I think. Do you like it? They also deliver whatever is convenient. Look at it! I'm totally unaware of the bad reviews never even had a problem or I was dissatisfied with anything. I wish these bad reviews were taken off!

I love the Silver dinner with special chow mein. I also love the walnut shrimp but the sauce is probably not for everyone. The portions are great and it's just good comfort food.

We ordered the string beans with chicken. We also ordered the sweet and sour pork. My friend and I decided to order 3 sodas and a big pot of rice. The total came out to $38. The food was excellent, outstanding. The sweet and sour pork was not overly crunchy like some other Chinese restaurants. I highly recommend Silver Palace Chinese Restaurant.
