During meal hours, store will get pretty busy. Then sometimes the coffee pot or the lemonade will be low and need towait for new ones to me made.

The food was delicious, and my favorite dish so far has to be the bread bowls—they're amazing! I absolutely love it here! I highly recommend everyone to visit this place.

It’s ironic that a place called Panera Bread didn’t have any bread available. In my opinion, they should have just closed. The staff worked very slowly; several employees were standing around in the back on their phones, and only about three people were handling orders. It took around 35 minutes for my order to be ready, which was unacceptable. The soup I received was cold and bland, lacking flavor. Thankfully, the manager refunded my money due to the long wait, but that’s not what I really wanted. I just wanted a hot, tasty soup and the great service Panera is known for. I would recommend thinking twice before visiting this location at Whittwood Town Center.

You’ll get a message right away saying they’re busy, which is understandable, but when you arrive ready to wait, the wait turns out much longer than for dine-in customers. You watch your order move from "prepared" to "ready" on the screen, yet it’s never actually ready. Then it disappears from the monitor, forcing you to ask the staff, only to find your order has been sitting on a back counter for 20 minutes. This isn’t a one-time issue—it keeps happening. Pick-up customers are clearly treated as second-class here.
