What User doesn't like about Original Roadhouse Grill:
Made reservation for 7:45pm. Arrived at 7:40pm. Was greeted by hostess who said she saw our reservation and that we would be seated Next . 20 mins later, 7 parties had been seated before us and we were still waiting. I decided to leave at that point and asked the hostess to cancel my reservation. My issue is why make a reservation if the restaurant is not going to honor it. Every thing was really good,food ,server wait time can't think of one thing that wasn't top notch.
I think it is great that this restaurant is back on Open Table. This restaurant is one of our favorites in the neighborhood. My wife likes the selection on the menu, you can have a appetizer or get a meal. This restaurant gives back to the community, they did an outstanding job with the Keith Boyer benefit, I am sure no one thought so many people would take part in participating for a great cause. The current staff are the best, Tonya and Megan are great.
The bison ribs were superb. The Jim Beam ribeye was overall good though a bit too rare.
Service was very slow. Our salads came out at the same time as our meals. Server was not paying attention. We sent our food back and asked the to re-cook our meals. Because of this we spent twice as much time for our meal as we should have.
January birthdays ...they forgot to sing for us though.
