La Favorita Bakery - Whittier

We live in bay area. that is the first stop of my man when we come to the family. I can't find bark tits. they love the pan and salsa.

In the collection of Bakeries in Whittier, Pico Rivera, and Santa Fe Springs, La Moderna is one of our communities favorites. Lines begin as early as 5:45 am for the amazing Tamales green are my favorite) , pastries, carnitas w/salsa, beans cooked with the delicious flavor of the carnitas, and of course menudo. The earlier the better for the sweet breads or sandwich breads I must mention). My family and neighbors are regular customers for as long as I can remember. I highly recommend this bakery! Try the tamales and carnitas, it’s perfect for unexpected family gatherings or work events. The staff welcomes you into the bakery and feels as though your welcomed into a relatives kitchen. Try it! Best tamale in the opposite. I like her green chile and cheese. carnitas am pfund is also really good. small business, smart about their COVID protocols.

The fluffiest and warmest bolillos I had from every bakery in whittier. I'm not a fan of fooling or carnitas, but this place makes me long since I tried them from here. the fools are small and tasteful. they do not make them feel like they need a drink when they eat them. they have been opened for years. more people have to go and support this business. I almost forgot the best Pan-Dulce in town safe.

One of my friends recommended to stop by and buy your tamales me and my husband give you a high 10 we love the tamales in the champorado will be going back soon recommend it to everyone to stop by to have excellent tamales and champurrado loved it
