Pizza Hut Express - Whitsett

This restaurant serves the best pizza in the area! The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect 5-star rating.

The staff at the restaurant were friendly and professional, but unfortunately, the food was not up to par. I ordered breadsticks that were burnt and not worth the $7.59 I paid for them (compared to $2.99 at Little Caesars or $4.00 at Papa John's). To make matters worse, the sauce cup provided was inadequate and disappointing. I am looking forward to more pizza chains closing down so I can stick to my local favorite, Mimi's, where I can get cheese bread for $6.99 that is the size of a small pizza. I regret not driving the extra 2 miles to go there instead of eating at this subpar restaurant.

I would like to give a special mention to an exceptional employee at your restaurant! Her name is Megan. She went the extra mile for me today when the DoorDash delivery person forgot my soda. When I placed my order, the employee on the phone was extremely hard to hear understand. I'm not from around that area, so I looked it up here on google maps to get the number. However, when I called the employee went where will you be picking up your order. I had to stop gather my thoughts because I wanted to say the store I'm calling now. Don't assume that when someone calls, they know the area. When I arrived at the pick-up window, I waited about 5 minutes before anyone came. I understand that I wasn't the only customer I know that my food might not have been ready. But someone could have taken the time to open the window say someone will be right with you. I'm ok with that.
