I enjoyed my experience at Taco Bell. The service was quick.

The manager was really nice, but the food wasn't so great that they definitely made for the customer service, but let's face it, we're going for the food. Because the manager was so nice, I really wish I could give this place a 5 star, but. My Burrito was nothing but guacamole and tasted nothing at all, like what I expected they replaced him with another food item and were very nice about it.

This Taco Bell location also houses a Pizza Hut Express. I ordered the largest size of cinnamon rolls. Although they are not cheap, I had one on the way home in the car and while they were still warm, they were fully cooked on the inside but lacked filling. I prefer something soft, warm, and gooey when biting into a cinnamon roll, so I was disappointed. Just five minutes away from home, I decided to see what the kids thought, but unfortunately, they were also not pleased. I contacted the restaurant later that evening and the manager I spoke with was extremely nice, apologetic, and professional. They offered to provide a replacement box for us and promised to ensure that such an issue would not happen again. My husband, who has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, understood how these mistakes can occur and was impressed with the manager's handling of the situation. When we received our replacement box, the cinnamon rolls were absolutely perfect. The combination of the manager's excellent customer service and the delicious cinnamon rolls is why I am giving this place 4 stars instead of 2.

Kids love these pizzas. Fortunately this express pizza shop is joined to Taco Bell. This makes it super convenient for picking up a variety of food for the entire family! The restaurant is kept clean, the bathrooms are clean and have soap and towels. The staff are a pleasure to deal with as they are clearly about your service. Very much like this place!
