Karren and Sierra were working when I came in, and they are absolutely amazing people. Friendly, funny and went above and beyond to provide great service. Karren was the one who made my sandwich and it was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Sierra rang up my order and she was fast and attentive. Employees lacked enthusiasm and acted as though I wasn’t a customer, one of the employees was pretty rude and short with me while I was picking toppings, it wasn’t all too busy there either. I didn’t leave a tip didn’t feel like the employees deserved one. I hardly ever write reviews for fast food places but the service I received needs to be addressed at this location. This subway is the worst! They never open on time and it’s dirty. Workers don’t care and lazy. Waited for 5 minutes then told me they didn’t have any bread. Don’t go here if you want a sub in a timely matter!!
Went at 1pm on a Friday, web says they close at 5, and I get turned away because they're ABOUT to clean the toaster(hadn't started yet)....Didn't offer me an un-toasted sub, just got turned away. Great service
Very friendly staff! Great service! Karren is the best! And two other employees, but I didn't catch their names. Great job guys! We will definitely be returning.
NOT VERY GOOD...OLD FOOD...NO ICE IN ICE MACHINES...IT WAS JUST A BUMMER...
