Was Chloe at The Patio At Mcguiggan's a mag?
The ambiance is nice! Felt like industrial meets brewery with the accordion style windows that open to the street. Manager was helping out the staff. The food was soooo good! Cannot stop thinking about the Kogi wings, could literally eat those every day for every meal. Going back soon! View all feedback.

What Danae Lamarre dislikes about The Patio At Mcguiggan's:
My initial visit wasn't bad, but it was basically average, so I thought I’d give it another shot. The decor is quite attractive, but regrettably, the food and service fell short. I ordered the Mediterranean salad with chicken, but the chicken lacked flavor and was rather dry. My husband opted for the steak tips, which arrived cold. We also had to wait 15 minutes for our cocktails, and the waitress didn’t offer us any... View all feedback.

Onion soup was on point. Wedge salad had rotten crumble blue cheese on it! I buy blue cheese crumbles for my salads at home so I know what I'm looking at and I know what I'm tasting. Their blue cheese crumbles were dark green and blue. There was no white. When I took a bite of my salad I could taste something rotten. I broke it down tasted every individual item in the salad and the only thing bad was the crumbled Bleu cheese. They also tasted like the smell of a dirty walk in cooler left uncovered. I picked out as much I could, put it all on my napkin, boy did it stink. Not too sure about the bacon, it was not crispy crumbled bacon it was soft old bacon. My son got the salmon he said it was okay. My friend got chicken piccata he said it was awful. He had no other description for it. It was swimming in a pool from what I could see but I did not want to taste it. I told the waitress about my salad. Nothing was done. All she said was sorry. We will not return to this place for food. We will never spend money on food there possibly watch a game and have beers but that's all. At least we will get what we are paying for.

What a great time my girlfriend and I had here tonight. The wait staff was attentive and charismatic, the specials we ordered looked like they jumped off the Food Network, and the live music brought me back to my college days. We'll be back for sure! The Patio is such a great spot in downtown Whitman. Right across from the OG McGuiggans, Irish Pub. The Patio is a classier establishment with higher end fare compared to pub food. They have such a nice setup, great food, great drinks, and live music all the time.

This restaurant was fantastic! The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. However, we were a bit surprised by the small portion sizes for the price. Unfortunately, we left feeling a bit hungry, which was disappointing. Nevertheless, we are willing to give it another try.

Every server I've encountered at this restaurant has been outstanding. The drinks are excellent, and the entire appetizer menu is remarkable. The ambiance is lovely, featuring open windows and high ceilings.

I visited this restaurant for the first time to enjoy a late lunch, and the ambiance was quite distinctive, exuding an industrial vibe. However, I was disappointed by the front-of-house staff, who lacked personality, and the waitress was far from inviting. The food was, to put it mildly, underwhelming. We ordered both the fish tacos and the spare rib tacos, and neither delivered on flavor. The fish was dry and overcooked, and the tortillas felt almost stale. There was no sauce or seasoning on the fish tacos, which were overly fried. The spare rib tacos had some taste, but the tortillas were still stale. The one highlight of the experience was the beer. If you're looking for a good meal, I would recommend seeking alternatives.

I want to like this restaurant, the ambiance seems nice and there aren 't other establishments like it in town. That said, I 've given this place a shot twice and my family and I are feeling very unwelcomed. My first trip to The Patio at McGuiggan 's my family and I were turned away. There were half a dozen open tables, but I was informed they were all booked with reservations, we accepted this and left.My second, and most recent visit, we wanted to get a seat next to a window (since it is a patio). When we arrived, there were 2 open tables next to the windows, but were informed that they were booked with reservations, so we were seated in the middle. While we were there, another party arrived and were seated at a window table. Out of curiosity, we asked them if they had made a reservation, which they stated they had not.During our roughly 45 minute stay, 3 additional window tables opened up, and other parties were seated. The entire time while we were there, there was always at least 1 open window table available.I get taking and holding reservations, but when there are plenty of open tables I 'd want to accommodate guests. Is it because my family doesn 't look like the guests that McGuiggan 's wants to attract? So congratulations to The patio at McGuiggans you 've turned us away, you 've hidden us out of sight from other potential guests, you 've made us feel like lesser humans. Thought it 2023, but I guess you think its 1963. You 've had 2 shots, you will not be getting a 3rd.

Let me preface by saying that we had great, attentive, friendly service from the staff there. Let me also say that the restaurant itself is gorgeous but isn't a patio, more of an atrium of sorts). But wit that said, the food was average at best.My crock of French onion soup $7) was incredibly salty and my ham club sandwich, which was a daily special $12 I believe) was very average. The bacon felt old, the ham tasted industrial and the coleslaw was just okay.My wife's burger $15) was slightly overcooked but decent. Nothing unique about it. My kids chicken tenders and fries were good but the fries themselves weren't crisp and fluffy at all. I don't believe they used the double frying technique.Ultimately while we liked the establishment itself, the food was just very average, which was a bummer. The menu has specials, which is nice, but doesn't offer anything creative or unique. Few appetizers are shareable some are just weird like their chicken biscuits.I did appreciate their extensive sides options however. The kids menu didn't have a single healty option available. It was all fried food or carbs which was a bummer.Decent but could be better.

The atmosphere is fantastic when they have live music! The food is good, typical bar fare, just as you would expect.

The atmosphere here is vibrant and enjoyable, offering a livelier and more modern vibe than most places in the area. The staff is friendly and attentive, which really enhances the overall experience. The food is solid and consistent, though I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it. Be sure to check out the specials! We particularly love the salmon salad. The nachos have an Irish twist, using potato chips, so they might not be for everyone. The cauliflower wings are fantastic, while the tacos are just average. Nonetheless, the wings are definitely worth a try. The beer selection is also quite good. We're happy to have this place so close by!

The clam chowder was absolutely perfect—definitely a 10/10! However, I was disappointed that the chicken and biscuits were missing the hot honey, especially since I was looking forward to trying it for the first time.

Whenever we're in Whitman, we love to meet friends at this restaurant because the food is consistently delicious, and the service is both prompt and friendly. This visit was just as wonderful as all the previous ones. We enjoyed the combo appetizer platter, burgers, salads, and some refreshing adult beverages.
