The Dunkin’ Donuts on south ave is horrible. It is a bunch of kids with zero work ethic. They take forever to fill an order and if you go inside the Dunkin’s they do not acknowledge you whatsoever. In the drive thru, they do 1 order at a time and it takes forever to get just a simple coffee. This location also has a habit of shutting down early. They close now at 7 because of Covid. Which every where else has gone back to normal operating hours, but even at a 7 o clock closing time they still close even earlier to clean. I’ve been there a few times at 6:45pm 6:52 pm and they tell me they are closed or they don’t answer and just stare at you. If your looking for fast quality service go to a different dunkies don’t go to this one.
If I could choose less than one star, I would definitely do so. I have lived in Whitman for most of my life and often visit this Dunkin' Donuts on Bedford Street in Whitman. Every time I go there, it's a completely different crew of workers, they can't seem to keep staff hired. They hire all young workers who are lazy and don't care about their job or the customers. What's even worse is that the manager and owners of this place also don't seem to care. The service is slow and the place is poorly maintained. It was the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. When I went there today for lunch, there were only three employees working. Each person who ordered before me had to repeat their order several times because the workers weren't paying attention. When it was my turn to order, I had to repeat my order as well. The employee seemed confused when I tried to give her the money through the plexiglass barrier. The owner doesn't seem to care about the rude behavior of his employees and when I tried to complain, he didn't seem interested in addressing the issue. Overall, the employees are poorly trained and it's obvious that no one there cares about customer service. It's a shame because Dunkin' Donuts is not a bad place to work if managed properly. Something needs to be done to improve the situation at this location.
I waited in line for over 10 minutes at this restaurant. When I finally reached the window, all the workers were busy on their phones and making fun of customers, except for one nice girl who helped me. Don't expect fast service for your coffee at this establishment.
Morning crew is great but after that forget it, place is trashed and everyone looks like they just rolled out of bed Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
