Don't bother. Reservation times are the same as at a doctor's office you're still going to be waiting 30+ minutes after your reservation time. Service dropped the ball hard. Even after being sat, no one came by to take an order. Just go next door.

We had a 4:00p reservation and arrived right at 4. We only waited 5 minutes to be brought back to the table but immediately started realizing something was up. The restaurant was visually dirty, the staff verbally upset with one another, and ridiculously slow service. The hostess took our initial drink order, and the waiter never addressed drinks again. The store manager came over and asked 3 separate times what we were drinking (to refill) and took over 30 minutes to deliver 2 drinks (a water and a sweet tea). There was a 2nd manager girl walking around giving out coupons to return and was extremely loud, unkind, and extremely unprofessional. The table behind us even mentioned the lack of speed/service to her when she approached their table and she commented “as you can see, you are getting the service we can provide you with the staff we have”. We got our check at 7:15pm and left at 7:30. You're talking a 3 hour and 30 minute event for dinner at what is supposed to be an upscale establishment. Highly disappointed in the location and will not be returning to this location.

Our server Nancy was the best we've ever had. She made the experience so great for my husbands birthday and brought little treats for our kids. The manager Paul took the time to come around and check in. We will definitely return to this location.

Me and my prom group of 10 came in for dinner. Our server was Nancy and she was spectacular! Nancy knew much about the menu, guided us through the courses, and even offered us recommendations. Her professionalism and attentiveness was nothing short of exceptional and made the experience UNFORGETTABLE.
