For the third time, she h... read more Prior to other minor experiences in the past, my experience with the female Caucasian with dark hair in bakery is by far the worst!!!! For the third time, she has purposely ignored my presence at the cake counter on three different occasions. I reported her to her bakery manager and her bakery manager just looked at me instead of asking after apologizing on her behalf, if she could help me. My exact words, were, “so I’m guessing you’re not going to ask if you could help me?” The bakery manager just looked at me and never offered to help me with anything!!!!! This absolutely blows my mind that we are still living in such times as poor customer service!!!!!! I would hate to think that this is a racial issue, however I’m not sure if this is not a racial issue either!!
