Boba here is always pretty good. I’ve never had a complaint about it. Usually pretty fast. Only time it’s a bit slower is if they only have one person behind the counter, but that’s understandable. They are trying their best but the baristas are always really nice View all feedback.

If you go make sure the workers are actually working. More focused on hanging out with friends than actually making drinks. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks, with literally no one in the store. View all feedback.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER???A dark skinned Indian looking girl was so rude to me and my family. We were not greeted and we felt rushed along. She didn’t even tell us our order was ready; she just let us wait a long time…When we told her our grievances she just looked at us with a sneering look and ignored us. NEVER GO HERE???

Absolutely love Pearl's. I love the other big name bubble tea places but it's nice to shop
