Fix app to let staff know you are there waiting for your order at curbside. Had to go inside and get my order.

So we pull up to the drive through, my husband orders 1 Egg biscuit, 1 Bacon Egg Biscuit and 1 Chicken biscuit. Pretty dang easy order. But they kept repeating back ' 'Sausage, Egg and Cheese biscuit and 2 egg and cheese biscuits . This went on for about 3 minutes, finally he said to pull around. Got up to window and lady ringing order repeated back Sausage Egg and cheese biscuit and 2 egg biscuits Again we had to correctly repeat the order. We then had to pull up to a space to wait for the order, a few minutes later guy came out with our order. Opened it and cheese on the bacon egg biscuit and on the egg biscuit. I guess they just cannot fathom someone not wanting cheese on their biscuit so they did it anyway. They badly need the Chick-fil-A school of order taking and Customer Service ASAP.

They have great fried chicken and the sides are amazing. They are overpriced for price of fried chicken when you have it delivered. You might want to lower your prices or lose some business.

I love Bojangles. Had a job there as a teen in the 80s and from that time till today, I crave Bojangles biscuits, chicken and dirty rice. However....NEVER go to the Snellville, Ga location....it is poorly managed and none of the staff seems to care about anything. This isn't a one time bad experience....every experience there has been bad for the last several years. Just stay away until Bojangles corporate fixes the problem.

Very poor service! Out of chicken breast at 4:55 pm on a Wednesday! Obviously poor management not ordering proper quantity of product required. Very disappointed!! Didn't have what I wanted!!!
