Very friendly server . Store practiced social distancing. It wasn't full. Cookies were not stored well. They only had a few Macadamia nut cookies and I bought them. The employee said they were from cookies. That's why I'm going to the subway. I ordered a foot long Veggie Sub on Italian herbs and cheese bread. The bread was very fresh like the vegetables I choose for my sandwich. The server was very generous with my sub and I was very happy. Will be back, but only if they have a well-stocked Macadamia nut cookie shelf. LOL
Best customer service from a fast food restaurant that I had in a long time. Staff made you feel very welcome even remembered what some customers always order (like a veggie sub). This location was like the show Cheers , where everybody knows your name.
I ordered a buy one get one free footlong through the app, but when I arrived to pick it up, they had no record of my order. I showed the employee where the charge had gone through on my account, which included the store number for her location. When I explained that I had placed an online order, she told me the website was malfunctioning and that they couldn't help me at the moment. Instead, she took my name and number, saying the manager would call me when she had time. I inquired about a refund, and she informed me that I could either wait for the manager to call or use the app to process it myself. When I asked her how to initiate a refund on the app, she admitted she didn’t know because she doesn’t use it. I then asked if they would honor my coupon in-store if I placed a new order, and she said no. Her attitude was quite dismissive, and she seemed to brush me off without offering any real assistance. Having been a manager for over 20 years myself, I understand the importance of customer service, and I was taken aback by the lack of a simple apology or effort to assist. Now, 24 hours later, I still haven't received a call from the manager. I went back to the store to find a resolution, but once again, I was met with indifference and told the manager would call only when she had time to address my refund situation. This experience was extremely unprofessional, and I would never treat a customer in such a manner. If I could give a rating of zero stars, I certainly would.
When I called the store to address the issue, a rude teenager answered and said the manager wasn't available. She asked for my phone number yet rudely claimed that the manager would call me back and abruptly hung up. No one ever called. I tried again today, and before I could explain the problems, she snapped at me, claiming she hadn't received my number and was waiting for my call. She then yelled, cursed, and cut me off. Not only did she refuse to resolve the issue, but she made the situation even worse. I can't believe Subway would employ someone like her! She even refused to provide the owner’s name. I plan to report this to corporate because this isn't just about the awful food; I've wasted my time and money, and I felt quite mistreated. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
