In m... read more I placed my order via the mobile app I was so impressed by the fact that I received a call within minutes to notify me that they were from a certain bread. In my experience with other companies, I had to wait until I was there to find out. You go up and beyond thanks for your great customer service! My order was placed on 7/26 7:30ish. Such a great experience!

Store practiced social distancing. It wasn't full. Cookies were not stored well. They only had a few Macadamia nut cookies and I bought them. The employee said they were from cookies. That's why I'm going to the subway. I ordered a foot long Veggie Sub on Italian herbs and cheese bread. The bread was very fresh like the vegetables I choose for my sandwich. The server was very generous with my sub and I was very happy. Will be back, but only if they have a well-stocked Macadamia nut cookie shelf. LOL

Since she has difficulty hearing, she didn’t notice the employee at the front greeting her. Unfortunately, the manager, who seemed very unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy, demanded that she leave simply because she didn’t respond to the greeting. It’s disappointing to see someone in a position of authority behaving that way. Remember, your role is to serve customers, not assert power over them.
