I went there because I like Calumet Bakery in Illinois and this one is closer. Though they have nothing you can buy right now such as pastries or cupcakes or such. Decent mom-and-pop owned Bakery, lacking product, smells of cigarette smoke, pastries at the end of the day because of all those factors, are about a 3 out of 5. Also terrible hours. They could be so much more if they cared, and revamped
One of the oldest bakeries around. It is a very fine establish.
Calumet bakery has been a great place to get plenty of sweets for a very long time. Easy in and out with a great variety of doughnuts. Also, fresh items at all times.
Bought a cake for a retirement and they did and absolutely beautiful job. It was fresh, moist and delicious. Will definitely buy from here again..thank you
