Tokyo's Express - Whiteville

No signal in the building and you can't use the wifi. The last few times I've ordered takeout, they've left off one of my meals. I'm giving 3 stars because any mistakes they make they do try to work with you to correct it and they aren't rude about it but there has been situations where we've have 3 different groups paying and all of us has paid (cash and we watched each of us pay so we know we did) and they claimed that something wasn't paid for by the first group that left and try to make the other people behind them pay for something a second time. It's only happened once but I've been told by others that it happens regularly.

I went there and got the dragon scale roll fried with no eel I have always gotten it the last 6 years eating there but this last 2 times was horrible the portions was smaller the sushi was not evenly cut and it tasted different I think they got new cooks or something cause my food used to be so perfect and their grade is horrible

Having to devein my own cooked shrimp is unacceptable disgusting. I will not order shrimp from here again. Update, 10/2023: My son had hibachi shrimp, and they were not deveined. Maybe I'm the only person who thinks that's gross?

Food was horrible . The last time we ate there it was the best we have ever had from there was hoping they had a new cook then tonight it was the worst we ever ate not exaggerating taste like it come out the trash

We ordered take out from here… well when get home it is NOT what I ordered!!! So I called back and the young lady was pleasant and apologetic. That is where it all ends!!! She proceeds to tell one the male workers there maybe the cook, manager who knows… they wouldn’t get on the phone. I ordered the filet mignon with no mushrooms. Well I got CHICKEN!!! He tells the young lady that I will need to bring the CHICKEN back in a separate plate…I give this restaurant 1star for customer service!!!! I give the young lady 5 stars. Look at the pic…. NO STEAK!!! C’mon man for real!!!!!
