Best Subway I've had in a LONG TIME. The sandwiches were made and ready on time. They all were made so neat and tight that nothing fell off the sandwiches. Fantastic experience and definitely making this location our #1 go to stop. View all feedback.
What Drew Pierce doesn't like about Subway:
Ordered online and only one of the 2 subs were made correctly. The order that was wrong was a chicken teriyaki and the sandwich had no chicken! And no chips with the order. Very disappointing. View all feedback.
Place is going down hill they never have what you want. They got rid of so much. Can't see the meat you are getting or them putting it together aymore because they put a big silver cover over just that section so you don't see what your getting. The people behind they counter don't pay attention to your order and you have to repeat twice or correct them when making it. They got a different oven now that is louder and doesn't do well. The place looks dirty now and old and generic. They need a serious update. Why get rid of the egg???? They are not relatable like they used to be. They don't hire locals either anymore. Rather drive extra to Swanton now for the food.

I'm pretty basic I just get steak and cheese with olives Chipotle and ranch nothing special at all. But whoever made my sandwich the proportions were flawless. I cannot explain the absolute perfection of Olive and sauce in every bite. And the overwhelming excitement when you ask for a toasted sub and it's actually warm all the way through ???. Anyway it was great thanks
Ordered sub of day. The girl put like three slices of ham on my sub. Service
DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE!!! Ordered online, they put some type of dressing on (2) foot long subs, which mixed w the mayo and made them taste like puke, plus, they forgot to include the two bags of chips. I called the store right away and reported the mistakes and the kind young lady took down my name, phone number the botched order’s specifics. I was told I could have the chips and also the sandwiches remade the next time I went into the store. I called earlier this evening and was told they wanted to remake the entire order for me, which was over and above what I had expected but I insisted we just needed the mistakes rectified. They informed me that they’d have it ready at 8:30. My daughter went in to pick it up and it hadn’t even been started. The “manager” wanted me to screenshot my original order and send it to my daughter’s phone, to prove we had in fact made the original order. Long story short, after trying to communicate w a completely unprofessional and self admitted under trained manager who disappeared into the back room, my daughter had to leave their store w/o our order. The manager told her that he had spoken to Mr. Torres and was told not to remake our sandwiches. Unfreakingbelievable. We will not be returning to that store. It’s very unfortunate because I’m all about supporting local businesses.
