Zillman’s Grill - Whitehorse

This restaurant lacks any positive aspects. The service was terrible, the food was soggy and unappetizing, and the place was dirty. It would have been better if they hadn't even bothered.

I will not be dining at a restaurant that does not accept mobile payment apps. The staff at this establishment seemed disorganized as they initially forgot our order and insisted on cash payment. It was unclear what tap options they had available. I will be filing a complaint and will not be returning to eat here. I hope the staff are treated better in the future. Additionally, it is illegal for the owner or manager to withhold tips from employees. A correction was made by the staff, but overall the experience was confusing.

We absolutely loved the Shawarma and Donair at Zillman's. The customer service was very friendly.

Avoid! the food was cold, bland and had no hits. Chicken kebab board had hardly ahun, and the Donair board was only the meat and rice, no soss, tomato, wobble etc. shawarma was made with wobble (many of them) when I said no wobble. fries were cold and dry, obviously old. I guess I should have read the latest reviews here before going.
